They’re very good people with even better service. You’re dealing with real humans, not some stupid system, and the facilities stay clean. My unit in particular got some nice shade during certain parts of the day so it was nice to load and unload stuff in the shade even on hot days. It’s really nice how secure our stuff was as well. I never had any worries while there and if I need a unit in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to call them first. As a woman, feeling safe loading and unloading stuff alone was important to me, and T&R mini storage was secure enough to give me that. Hope this helps the next person! 😊
